A clairvoyant who lives in recluse. The few who is lucky enough to set foot in her abode agree that Tia carries a sense of grace around her, her figure often drawing in others' attention. A presense one cannot ignore, whether it for better or for worse. Her personality however, is more than meets the eye.
Tia is much older than she appears, and accordingly, has found plenty worldly matters to be boring. Whether or not she'll lend a helping hand greatly depends on how much she is interested in the person.
She has a tendency to considers others as children; she may appear motherly and loving to those who concern her, or in contrast, playful like an older sister playing with a younger sibling.
Tia is the White Lord who lives in a residence beneath Anhult's capital surface. She along with her counterpart (the Black Lord) are permissed to be absent from their Lordship duties. Her whereabouts is typically hidden; none of the younger generations know where she lives.
Her identity and appearance are revealed at the climax of the story, when Kunrad seeks her out to help him return Takashi into his rightful body.
While her guests argue about who's right it is to use the body, with her clairvoyance, Tia spots two Strings (human soul) attached to the boy's body. She then offers a deal with the boy, before cutting off one of the String and forcefully relocating it to a real-life sized mannequin, effectively splitting the two souls into two containers.
Upon regaining conscious, Takashi asks her how to pass on in his new body, which she replies it would be an impossible feat. After he leaves and is followed by the other guests, Tia returns to her reclused life.
