A carefree high ranking officer of Anhult; he is in charge of educating the military recruits, but tends to slack off.

Despite his rogue-like appearance, Aphi is a very my paced person who loves his family. He does not take life all to seriously, often coming late to Lord meetings and annoying the Blue Lord because of it. He is somewhat apathetic to everything that goes around him, as he finds them unappealing. Another notable feature is his coarse speech pattern, often slipping curse words and impolite phrases even in front of the President.
He is best known to be Rie's natural enemy, as the two often clashes opinions. Aphi hates being chained down and want to live doing whatever he wants in a pace he's comfortable with, while Rie is unable to comprehend the appeal. People often remark they are quite similiar in energy (both being tall and scary to most), which the pair would strongly deny. They hate each others guts.
That said, as long as Aphi is left unbothered, he is generally an easy going person. He'd listen to people rambling if they wish to, but that's it. He won't give advices. He is also surprisingly fond of small kids, seeing them as an object he'd like to protect.
Aphi was adopted by a family of a farmer at a very young age (before he could remember anything). He doesn't remember his birth family; neither does he greatly care to ever find out. His current family raised him with plenty of nutrition and care and that's all he prefers to know. He is very quiet compared to his folks, proof that his genes remained.
During his teenage years, he received his blessing and became the Red Lord. He wasn't thrilled by the thought of having a responsibility all of the sudden, and would often skip out on meetings. This would eventually lead to him becoming natural enemies with the Blue Lord, who took his duties very seriously.
He also doubles as the honorary Head of the Military (a position that is traditionally held by the Red Lord), but due to his free nature, he abandoned those responsibilities too, forcing the state to appoint someone else to become the head in his stead. Very occasionally, Rie manages to drag him out to the training ground and the two would spar to provide education (example) for both the military and the military enforcer unit. These spars would lead to a tie as they are equal in strength.
As of 2014, he still lives freely as ever, angering Rie each time he isn't seen in meetings. In the canon timeline, he isn't involved much in Takayuki's life.
